Cathedral of Saint John the Divine


The Cathedral of Saint John the Divine is on Amsterdam Avenue, in the Morningside Heights area of Manhattan. It is the Cathedral of the Episcopal Diocese of New York.  Construction of the massive Cathedral was begun in 1892 and is still unfinished.

    I've been to this cathedral too, and it really is spectacular! It is even more beautiful on the inside!
