After a coating of snow and ice last night and some rain this morning -- the sun did come out today!

House being raised  --  but they still have their Christmas wreath up.

I can see why these kayaks haven't been put away for the winter -- it's still kayaking weather!

Something that I don't think I have ever seen on Christmas Eve in Connecticut - flowering trees!  The warm weather has tricked the trees into thinking it's spring!!

Last Year

Always amazing -- the Bergdorf Goodman Christmas windows!!  This is one of the windows from last year -- I have to get to NYC next week to see the new windows!

Holiday Decor

I love all of the holiday decorations on the lovely houses of Southport -- just a few more days until Christmas!

Cloudy

The sun tried to come out today - but it was mainly cloudy.  Good day to finish the Christmas shopping.

Meeting

The meeting of the fences -- two different styles come together at the property line.

Getting Cold Now

Only a few more days until Christmas and today is the first day this season that it was a bit cold -- we've been spoiled!

The colors of Christmas cheer up a cloudy day -- beauty in nature.

It seems that more holiday shopping is done online these days  -- keeping the delivery services very busy!

Everyone is decorating  -- I went to pick out my Christmas tree today and only needed a sweater -- how pleasant!!

Once the fog lifted - it was a beautiful day to walk around Rowayton.  I'm enjoying this December weather - 60 degrees today!!
