Autumn Leaves

The autumn leaves are looking stunning this week!  There was so much wind and rain yesterday I'm surprised we didn't lose them all.

I was particularly drawn to this painting that I viewed at the Whitney entitled "New York 1918".  The colors are amazing - as is the gold Statue of Liberty and eagle atop the painting (not shown).
