Today was an absolutely perfect beach day - with high tide coming at 12:02 p.m. and perfect weather - what joy!

The MOMA

The Sculpture Garden at The MOMA is a wonderful place to spend some time. Among the interesting pieces is this one by German artist Katharina Fritsch, it's entitled "Group of Figures". It is an unexpected grouping of characters and it surely gets your attention.

Summer Blossoms

The hydrangea bush in my yard is looking beautiful - I had to cut a few flowers to enjoy inside.

It was a very pleasant beach day today. It started out a little hazy at Compo Beach but when the wind picked up in the afternoon the skies were cleared.
